We had a fantastic stay at this retreat! the caravan was modern, clean, and perfect for our family of four. the parking was convenient and we loved the short walk to the entertainment area and arcades. the location was also great, with the town and beach just a quick stroll away. the hosts, Alan and Sue, were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. They even provided us with helpful information about the area and recommendations for things to do and places to eat.
One thing to be mindful of is that the entertainment passes on the site are not very flexible. the weekend/week pattern didn't match our three-night stay, so purchasing a 7-day pass for such a short duration wasn't worth it.

The caravan at Yew Tree Retreat was lovely and clean, with modern furniture and all the necessary amenities. the setting was beautiful and peaceful, with a convenient carpark next to the caravan. Sue and Allan, the hosts, were friendly, helpful, and great with communication. I highly recommend this accommodation.
Felt extremely safe, no reason to complain.

I recently had a fantastic solo trip at a retreat in Selsey. the location was great, within walking distance to various amenities, including a restaurant, arcade, and local shop. the caravan I stayed in was modern, clean, and spacious, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. I really appreciated the convenient parking right outside the caravan. the retreat had excellent communication with the hosts, who provided all the necessary information and even recommendations for activities and eateries in the area. a wonderful experience.
Although the entertainment was great, the food at the hotel could have been better.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yew Tree Retreat. The modern caravan was clean, spacious, and cosy. Parking right outside was a bonus for my mother. The location near the White Horse entertainment complex was convenient, with restaurants, arcades, and more. The beach was a short stroll away. Alan, the owner, was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend Yew Tree Retreat and Seal Bay resort.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
